I’ve been so into baking lately, I find it so relaxing and great for the mind. But I’ve never been the best at making anything worth eating. But I’ve found something finally that one is easy to make, I mean come on if I can make it anyone can. And two actually tastes pretty damn fabulous if I do say so myself. So I thought I’d share the recipe with you in quick and simple way and maybe you can try it for yourself.
So obviously first you need to weigh out all your ingredients, pre heat your oven 180 degrees and line a couple of baking tins!
The ingredient measurements are;
- unsalted butter; 275g
- caster sugar; 375g
- eggs; 4
- cocoa powder; 75g
- self raising flower; 100g
- dark chocolate; 100g
When the above ingredients are weighed pop them all in a bowl apart from the chocolate and whisk them together until it’s all mixed basically (such a chef I know). When that is mixed and it looks right (you know when you know) break the chocolate into squares and mix it in with a spoon!
Now I spoon the mixture into 2 different tins, and on one of the mixtures I pop some jam puddles on the top, you can literally use any jam, for this I used black cherry, just basically spoon into the top. Now these brownies take roughly 40 minutes too cook.
When there done, grab a beverage of choice, stick you feet up and basically nearly eat them all because they are such a taste sensation.
